Stress management
When we face an unexpected event, a significant change or when we feel a strong sense of duty and we perceive that we have no control over it, our body activates a wide range of defence mechanisms to adapt to the situation. However, when the exposure to these situations is protracted over time our defence mechanisms shake, we feel a state of physical and emotional tension, and as a consequence we feel under stress. My professional help in this area aims at raising awareness and acknowledging the possible causes of stress and how the body responds to it, towards the planning and appliance of effective actions to deal with it.
